Our building has been carefully designed and equipped to provide students with state-of-the-art learning facilities while maintaining the physical realities of the hotel and culinary / hospitality industry.

  • Teaching Hotel Room
    Interactive simulated hotel environment complete with lobby and concierge area and a hotel room with all the facilities found in a superior guest room in any luxurious hotel. Equipped with theater type chairs; students have their classes in Front Office and Housekeeping and Rooms Management in this facility. Students here get hands-on-experience in development of skills competencies related to the Front office and Rooms Division.
  • Two (2) Professional Culinary and Pastry Kitchens
    Our Culinary and Pastry kitchen are fully equipped with top-of-the-line equipments such as 10 cu meters walk in chillers; Koma blast freezer, stainless steel benches, hair line stainless steel finish preparation tables; convothern combi ovens and steamers; electric fryers; salamanders; refrigerated preparation tables with chillers; commercial dishwashing machines; ice maker; refrigerated salad table; meat grinders and slicers; 6 - burners blue flame gas stoves; commercial convention ovens. Designed to create an actual industry standard culinary environment for our students.
    The Chefs' Kitchen: Fully Operational Commercial Dining Room and Bar where our students run the restaurant themselves. Our goal is to provide real time, hands on experience of the operations of a fine dining establishment. On a rotating schedule, students are responsible for kitchen station planning and set-up, creating prep and order lists, cooking on the line in both savory and dessert stations, performing sous chef responsibilities, dining room décor and set-up, performing maitre d'; and server functions, wine service of up to 80 guests each day.
  • Resource Center and Library
    The Learning Resource Center or Library aims to inspire and support all students to gain their full academic potentials. The Library has computers with full internet access for the students' use. The Resource Center also provides students with a variety of resources, both print and electronic based.
  • Career Center and Internship Office
    Internship is your first step to be part of the professional hospitality industry and to put in practice the management and technical skills you learned in school. The Office will provide you with a wide choice of internship and workplace experiences in various countries all over the world.
